Movie Night: Mufasa 5/8 5pm
Every month we try to put on a movie in the Teen Center for your enjoyment.
For this month's movie catch “Mufasa.”
This month’s movie enlists Rafiki to relay the legend of Mufasa to young lion cub Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their signature schtick. Told in flashbacks, the story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a sympathetic lion named Taka—the heir to a royal bloodline. The chance meeting sets in motion an expansive journey of an extraordinary group of misfits searching for their destiny—their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a threatening and deadly foe. Please note this movie is held in the Teen Center so attendees must be teens in the 12-18 range.

Take a Hike- Pokémon Go Edition 5/14 2:30pm
The library is a PokéStop -- join us for a Pokémon Go hike! We will be taking a team of teens into the woods and around the grounds. Teens should have the Pokémon Go app downloaded on their phones. We will be using the app to find, capture, and battle virtual Pokémon. Please make sure to stay hydrated and wear comfortable trail appropriate clothing/ shoes!
Writing Time: Exquisite Corpse 5/22 6pm
Come show off your creativity with the classic surrealist writing game, Exquisite Corpse! This progressive story writing game will have a group of teens take turns adding to a story without seeing what others have written! Sure to jump start your creativity and result in many laughs!
