Teen activities at the library are for youth in grades 6-12 or ages 12-18.
Some events may require registration.

Movie Night: Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 1/9 5:30pm
Every month we try to put on a movie in the Teen Center for your enjoyment.
For this month's movie catch Beetlejuice Beetlejuice! Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia's life gets turned upside down when her daughter discovers a portal to the afterlife. When someone says Beetlejuice's name three times, the mischievous demon soon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.
Please note this movie is PG-13 and is held in the Teen Center so attendees must be teens in the 13-18 range.

Teen Volunteer Club 1/15 5pm
Current teen volunteers and those interested in joining our volunteer program, join us for Library Volunteer Club!We meet monthly to reset the Teen Center, prep any programs, and use the dreaded button maker. We also hope this will give our volunteers a better space to share their voices and opinions on potential library programs and offerings!
Teen Clothing Swap 1/18 12pm
Are you ready to jump into the new year with a new-to-you wardrobe? Looking for an excellent opportunity to do any of your “clean out my wardrobe” resolutions? Bring in some of your old clothes (in good, clean condition please) to receive tickets to swap with other teens. Every teen will receive a ticket per item of clothing donated and can use this ticket to "purchase" new to you clothes. At the end we will let the teens pick over whatever is left that they might like. All non-chosen clothing will be donated.
Budget Basics for Teens 1/23 6pm
Join Erin to learn about the basics of budgeting! Learn how to compromise between wants and long-term goals. It’s never too late or too early to set yourself a budget.

Crafty Teens Social Club 1/28 6pm
Join us for our Crafty Teens Social Club! Come do some crafts with us, socialize with your friends and other teens! For January we are decorating little wooden peg people!
Dungeons and Dragons 1/29 @4pm
Come join us for a one-shot 2 hour Dungeons and Dragons game. No experience necessary! Dice and Pre-Generated Characters provided! Registration is suggested because spots are limited! Every winter the Loxodon Udo builds a temporary hotel made of ice on the frozen shores of Lake Plasty and holds the annual gift exchange. Brightly colored gift wrap hides the content of countless gifts, anonymously supplied by the attendants. When someone seeds the pile with a dangerous magic item, the party is suddenly on thin ice!
