Stormy Night by Michelle Lemieux

In this novel, a little tries to go to bed but couldn’t sleep. She kept thinking about everything in lie and the mysteries about the living and the dead. At the end of the novel, she expresses how she feels about creatures, robbers and other stuff till she falls asleep. I like this book because it reminds me of me and how I questioned the existence.

Blindsided by Priscilla Cummings

Fourteen-year-old Natalie has been losing her eyesight ever since she was eight years old, but she has always managed to get by. Now, what’s left of her still-waning eyesight is no longer enough, and while she’s not completely blind, Natalie must attend a school for the blind, so that she can learn the necessary skills for when the last of her sight is gone. I liked this book very much, because it was an accurate description of the trials that people must go through in their lives, and how they deal with them. I found this story to be relatable no matter what you’ve been through, and enjoyable no matter who you are. Natalie’s story is a compelling, heart-wrenching tale of a girl who is lost and must find her way in the dark.
