A Real Stretch – Yoga

This free program will teach you how to relax, balance, exercise and loosen up without leaving your seat with “Chair Yoga,” a form of Hatha Yoga. It allows people of any age who may have problems with balance or other limitations to use a chair as a prop to stretch and exercise.
