Laughter Yoga

Come and enjoy this unique exercise of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing techniques that always turns into real laughter in a group setting. It’s designed to bring the health benefits of laughter to your life after only one session! There are no contortions or fancy movements. You do not need to be in shape.

Please bring your water bottle because laughing is dehydrating.

Linda and Bill Hamaker, Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders and co-founders of the Let’s Laugh Today Laughter Club will lead this event.

Fee: $8.00, cash or check only, payable upon advance registration.
