In these four Friday morning classes: February 26, March 5, 12 & 19, 2010, you will stretch the major muscle groups of your body and learn relaxation and breathing techniques to relieve stress. You will also learn how to exercise safely, for your body and life. Basic nutrition and a healthy lifestyle will be discussed.
Please bring a towel or mat for lying on the floor, drinking water and any questions you have. Dress in lightweight, comfortable layered clothing that allows your body to move and “breathe.” When finished with this class you will feel good – maybe even great!
Germaine Gerie Krobath has been teaching group exercise classes since 1994. Her education and experience enables her to successfully teach to a wide variety of fitness levels in one class. While encouraging class participants to challenge themselves, the main focus is on safety through proper body form and execution.
Fee: $20 for the entire session of 4 classes, payable in advance upon in-person registration. Maximum: 40.
