In this free class, Germaine Gerie will demonstrate how to stretch the major muscle groups in your body. You will learn relaxation, breathing techniques to relieve stress and how to exercise safely. Basic nutrition and what makes a healthy lifestyle will also be discussed.
Bring any questions, a towel or mat for lying on the floor, and drinking water. Dress in lightweight, comfortable layered clothing that allows your body to move and “breathe”. When finished with this class you will feel good – maybe even great!
