Introduction to Karate for Adults

Karate classes are NOT just for kids!  Did you know that martial arts training has so much to offer an adult student?  Improve your fitness while experiencing personal growth, self-awareness, and confidence with others AS you learn how to defend yourself.  Try a sample class and find out what karate training can offer you.  For adults, 18 years of age or older.  Please wear exercise clothes; all fitness levels are welcome.  Sensai Linda Lane, of Kensho-Ryu Karate in Cumberland, will be the instructor.  Registration is required.

Special Bonus:
If you are an Adult Summer Reading Program participant and attend this program, you will earn 3 prize entry forms that will be entered into our drawings for weekly prizes and for our Grand Prize.  To be eligible to win prizes, participants must be registered in the Adult Summer Reading Program and must submit at least one book review entry form.

Location: Community Room

There are many spaces available.
