Yoga with Karen Matte

All are welcome to join us for a 4 week series of Kundalini yoga classes led by local teacher Karen Matte.  Kundalini Yoga this sessiis the yoga of awareness, as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a blend of breath work, movement and postures, chanting and meditation, resulting in a general sense of relaxation and well-being. Each yoga class includes breath work, a physical yoga set, a deep relaxation and a meditation. The practice of this yoga can give you the strength, courage and radiance to meet all of life’s challenges with grace. And it’s fun!

Classes are $5 per session.  Participants can register at the reference desk before the event or in the Hayden Center BEFORE the start of class on the day of the event.

Karen Matte is a lifelong Cumberland resident.  She is certified in both Hath and Kundalini Yoga.  Karen has been practicing for over 15 years and has been teaching yoga for the past five.
