Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise for health, stress reduction, and overall fitness.  Perfect for any fitness level, this gentle martial art provides a great workout.  Today, Local Master Ted McNamee will lead participants in the basic forms of Tai Chi.  Even those with no prior Tai Chi experience will leave with the basic steps to a wonderful new workout with Ted’s wonderful teaching method.

Anyone who wants to find a more effective way to unwind, get motivated, or get moving should NOT miss this event!  Tai Chi is your key to the balance you seek!

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring water.

This event is free and open to the public.  No registration is necessary.
