February’s Showtime movie will feature a Texas pioneer family in the 1860′s and the big yellow stray dog that profoundly affects their lives. A limited number of FREE tickets will be available in the Children’s Room beginning on Monday, February 9, 2009. Copies of the book Old Yeller will also be available for check-out for any families who would like to read the book prior to seeing the movie.
Parents and/or guardians are asked to remain in the Children’s Program Room with their child for the duration of the movie. Free popcorn will be served and families may bring in a beverage in a closed container, such as a juice box. No open drinks will be allowed. Families may bring a soft cushion to sit on.
