“Book Review and Recommendation Workshop”
for ages 8-12.
Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 6-7pm
The Children’s Room of the Cumberland Library invites readers ages 8-12 to participate in a special Book Review & Recommendation workshop.
Book loving friends will browse professional book publication catalogs and book vendor websites with Miss Debra to recommend “tween” books to purchase for the children’s department of the library. Children will learn in depth library catalog searching, the book ordering process and how to assess appropriate books for their age group.
Catalogs and Laptops will be provided
Registration begins April 7, 2012
