Introduction to Svaroopa Yoga

Have you ever wanted to try yoga? Svaroopa® Yoga is a style of yoga that almost anyone can do. It’s gentle and deceptively easy. Svaroopa® Yoga specializes in releasing the deep layers of tension in your body. It helps relieve stress and pain and has a calming effect on your mind.

In this workshop you will be introduced to the principles of Svaroopa® Yoga, the benefits of this approach, and four basic but highly effective poses that you can do at home.

Limit: 40. Ages 15 and up.

Dress comfortably and bring a blanket or towel you can lie down on.

Please Note: If you are newly pregnant or have had an organ transplant you are not a candidate for this workshop.
