September is National Yoga Month! Join an experienced local teacher for a free afternoon class.

This free class will blend two popular styles of yoga (Kripalu and Yin) to give students an experience of the benefits of a Yoga practice. Come find out how much better you can feel by doing relatively simple Yoga poses. Learn how to pay attention to your own body and to adjust your posture to improve the results.

You will release deeply held tensions and improve the flow of healing energy. This class will focus on the lower back and the hips and will be appropriate for all levels of students, including new beginners.

Instructor = Kathryn Boger, RYT-500, The Yoga Studio of Blackstone River Valley.

Students who have mobility issues through the lower back, hips or knees need to speak with the instructor before participating.
