Children’s Karate class and demonstration at the Cumberland Public Library The Children’s Room of the Cumberland Public Library invites children, ages 4-7 and 8-12, to join us for an exciting “Introduction to Karate” class and demonstration program on Wednesday, August 3, 2011. 4-7 year olds will meet at 2:00 pm and 8-12 year olds at 2:45 pm. The Kensho-Ryu Karate School, of Cumberland, RI will offer two 45 minute classes, for each age group listed above, and a karate student lead demonstration show. Registration for this program begins on July 23, 2011. Please bring your library card with you when registering. Preference will be given to children who reside in Cumberland.
