Intro to Canning, Dehydrating, and Freezing

In August, many gardeners get inundated with veggies and have no idea what to do with them all. Other people may want to stock up on their favorite produce before the end of the season.  Blackstone Valley Veggie Gardens is here to help!  Kate and Eric will share some simple and affordable techniques for canning, freezing, and dehydrating your garden harvest. Watch a demo and see how easy it is to keep your garden producing delicious food for the entire year.  Participants will leave with free downloads and access to BVVG’s YouTube channel for more tips and tricks for mastering your garden, compost pile, and herbs. Registration is required.
